Our client, a global Telecom Leader in the networks space is seeking to identify a RF NPO Specialist for Radio team for Chennai Location.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

1. Experience in RF Planning and Optimization for minimum 2 - 5 years
2. More than 2 - 4 Years of experience in Huawei 3G/LTE optimisation.
3. Working experience in 2G/3G/LTE Optimization is must with Huawei skill set

The required profile for this role is:

1.Hands-on experience in Huawei Vendors.
2.Resource expected to be expert in Huawei 4G / 3G.
3.Resource expected to be expert in Optimization and Planning.
KPI Analysis
4.Hands-on working experience in NSN 4G systems will be an added advantage
5.Hands-on working experience in U2000 Script.
6.Experience in L3 analyzing. Knowledge on post processing, report preparation from analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, Actix or equivalent).
6.Ability to multi-task, work independently and coordinate resources to achieve desired goals.
7.Must be willing to work in different time zones and open for travel
